A massive online cult of nazi Xenosatanists who target children online with the intent of creating and distributing CSEM for both financial and sadistic purposes. Members are well known for being unapologetic for both consumption and distribution of the disturbing content that they create. It's normal for them to ask their victims to do all kinds of horrible shit like killing their pets, cutting the perpetrators online handle into their skin and in some cases even killing themselves.
This group is also well known for instigating school shootings, terror attacks and swattings alongside of course doxxing their victims. If you can think of something harmful they have done it. This group is incredibly evil and they are very proud of it.
764 get's it's namesake from the creator and leader's Texas zip code. Believe it or not, this cult was made by a kid on discord. He was only 15 when he dropped out of school and got introduced to Xenosatanism and the CSEM trade thanks to an online organization of xenosatanists called "CVLT".
CVLT, much like 764 also gathers on discord. Both groups are part of what's known as "the com" short for "The community" which mostly consists of e-gangsters trying to out scam eachother. There are older adults that unfortunately run in these circles but it's mostly teenagers and people in their early 20's who subscribe to grindset culture and love flexing their ill gotten gains.
The creator of 764 is currently behind bars where he will likely spend the rest of his life for the crimes he commited against young children. Since his arrest in 2023, numerous splinter groups have been created and while they call themselves different names and pretend they have no affiliation what so ever their daily operations are so similar the only real difference is the people doing it. It's very much a distinction without a difference.
This cult is known to work with and support The Order of Nine Angles which is a similar misanthropic group with more focus on far right Nazi shit. The order was heavily influential to 764 in the early days. You could say that 764 got a lot of their ideas from the order such as their symbolism, misanthropy and the choice to target children with vile language online.
These people are pretty scary, but it's important to stay calm despite the immense level of stress and emotional manipulation. Their goal is to overload you with negative reinforcement so you stop thinking critically.
For your own safety, it's best you follow these steps without directly signaling to the perpetrator that you are doing so. This gives you an advantage over them.
It's important to do this first so that they don't have a backdoor into any of your accounts and to ensure that your device does not contain spyware or other invasive forms of malware.
If they call you record it, if they send you a text you screenshot it. The more evidence the merrier.
Discord has particularly been underfire for allowing these people to use their platform and their defense was that Discord is a user moderated platform. You as a user have a duty to protect others from harm so you should absolutely report all of their known accounts on every platform you can. Doing this tells platforms that this piece of shit probably shouldn't be using their service.
If they make you feel unsafe blocking them, many social media websites have a "mute" feature where you simply aren't notified of their messages or posts so you can mute and report them without telling them.
Cybertip.org is a safe and reliable means of reporting CSA incidents and they specialize in online cases. They work best when you give them as much information as possible so be sure to tell them everything you can and do your best to share all the things you've documented as well as links to every account you know the person uses. This helps get their accounts taken down faster which of course helps keep more people safe from these freaks.
It's important to let the police know what this person has done to you and that you tell them you are at risk of swatting and doxxing attacks. Your immediate safety is at risk if this individual continues their targeted harassment campaign against you.
I know that police can be very dissmissive and hard to talk to (because they will tell you to simply not use the internet in many cases) but this is important because it leaves a paper trail for authorities if the abuse continues.
You also want to do this in tandem with a cybertip because these agencies are notorious for not communicating with eachother. A cybertip tells federal authorities, not your local police. You have to do both to cover your bases.
