A little fun fact about me, I actually keep my makeup on a little pink cart, I use it instead of a vanity so that I can either do it at my desk or in the bathroom. It's so that I don't have to be tied to a specific location while I do it. I also keep some of it inside the box it came in because I just like buying shit with cool packaging and I try to keep it nice.
To save myself from having to take a billion pictures, I've done my best to look-up product photos and used those instead. A lot of things in my collection are from indie brands, limited edition launches or both simultaneously and because they're unique they didn't stay in stock for very long. I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about the reality of supply, demand and other market related factors.
This might sound gross to some people but I don't replace stuff in my collection very often so I don't really care if a product is technically expired, I will use it until it grows mold or becomes completely unusable. There are liquid lips that have broken wands I am still using.
One of my transition adjacent goals is to completely use up my collection (I'm talking #projectpan style) so I don't feel any guilt when I throw the completely empty packaging away. There are some things I might repurpose into other things and I'm already sharing stuff with my gf to hit pan faster. I've just thrown away too many barely used lipsticks and glosses to justify any amount of further mindless consumption. It's not good for the environment and I know it doesn't do me a lot of favors as a trans guy to be into this sort of thing. Even when I remind people I'm a freakin enby guy it's like it doesn't matter... God forbid a guy is actually punk rock these days and not some sad flavor of christian nationalist ""punk"" who exclusively listens to shitty transphobic dad rock.
Anyway, the real ones understand I don't wanna live with any regrets. I'm just trying to be myself and take care of the planet.
I only have 1 thing from them but it's a really nice face palette and I like the themes they go for!
This palette is from a collection that was inspired by real life female assassins, just so cool!
This brand was created by a gothic bisexual woman.
This brand was created by a transmasc punk-rock cosplayer.
These are part of the limited edition sailormoon collection:
I share this blush with my partner
These were part of the lilac you a lot collection:
Other stuff I have from them:
I have the entire little twin stars collection
I also have these liquid lipsticks, btw random funfact: this brandcame up wityh the glitter flip formula that designer brands use today. Fucking crazy that Chanel is pretending they invented it these days and charging like triple for it.
Discontinued shade that perfectly matches my natural lip color. A little unfortunate but I prefer bold and colorful makeup anyway.
The last one is a special limited edition shade that smells like pumpkin spice.
And this single shadow
I'm really sad I never got any of their iconic bullet lips before they got discontinued!
I only own lipsticks from them lol
I only really like the diamond crushers tbh, I like the packaging of the polly pocket palette, but it fucking S U C K S to use.
Those are all the diamond crushers I have, it's a transparent glitter liquid lipstick formula, meant to be worn over existing lipstick but you can wear it by itself if you really want to. Dries down after a minoute like any liquid lip formula and is budge resistant. Black Unicorn is my favourite one tbh.
I used to really like this guy. It sucks that he's a transphobic piece of shit now. I also can't believe he lied during the Chris Hansen interview.
