OPERATION METRO SURGE TARGETS

This list is the leaked highest targets that ICE was going after for the operation titled "Metro Surge" their idea with this operation was presumably fear but after 2 filmed murders in these locations... I think they always planned on mowing down innocents and we're just now finding out...
